TBH Total is a full off season package for your training. It covers the Spring, Summer, and Fall to prepare you for your upcoming season. Our TBH package is a discounted rate for our athletes who choose to spend their entire off season with us. We also offer seasonal packages for our athletes who play others sports or have other obligations throughout the off season to accommodate the best we can.
