TBH Fall

TBH Fall is the perfect way to get your player ready for the upcoming tryouts and winter season. Ice sessions seek to provide players with a high level of skating fundamentals, puck handling, and shooting to advance players in their development.

Weight room groups follow a lifting program to enhance SPEED, STRENGTH and POWER to boost athletic performance.

Groups

Boys Programs:

-Mites

-Squirts

-Peewee/Bantam (Weight Room/Off Ice)

Girls Programs

-u8/10 (split ice with Mites in separate group)

-U12/15 (Weight Room/Off Ice)


Program Details

August 3rd- September 25th (7 Weeks)

Off August 31-September 4th (1st week of school)

2 Ice Sessions Per Week

2 Off Ice Sessions Per Week (Peewee/Bantam, U12.15)

-Furniture and Things Center

-Two Brothers Hockey Weight Room

2026 Fall Season

On Ice Sessions (All GROUPS):

-Skating (edges, glide, overspeed)
-Shooting
-Positional Skills
-Unstructured Small Area Games

Off Ice Workouts (Peewees/Bantam and u15/HS only)

-High speed/sprints
-Resistance or weighted speed
-Power and strength exercises
-Prehab movements
