TBH Spring

TBH Spring is the perfect way to refresh and work on some individual improvement after a busy winter season. Programs run from March-1st week of May to fill the time waiting for spring sports to arrive and nicer weather. 2 sessions a week on ice to provide players with a high level of skating fundamentals, puck handling, and shooting to advance players in their development.

Weight room groups follow a lifting program to enhance SPEED, STRENGTH and POWER to boost athletic performance.

-Skating (edges, glide, overspeed)
-Shooting

-Unstructured Small Area Games


Off Ice Workouts (Peewees/Bantam and u15/HS only)

-High speed/sprints

-Resistance or weighted speed
-Power and strength exercises
-Prehab movements
