With smaller group sizes these programs are invitation only for sign up. We would like to provide the opportunity to as many players as possible while fulfilling the requirements we feel gives our players the best coaching that we can.
Off ice workouts (Peewees only)
-High speed/sprints
-Resistance or weighted speed
-Power and strength exercises
-Prehab movements
On ice sessions are 2 days a week:
-Skating (edges, glide, overspeed)
-Shooting
-Positional Skills
-Unstructured Small Area Games
