Winter Breakfast Club

“Our goal is to teach the individual skills many players are not able to work on during the typical team practice structure in small group settings. We strive to provide advanced and challenging training for athletes looking to take their game to a new level WITH A VESTED INTEREST IN THE ATHLETE’S OVERALL DEVELOPMENT.”
Sessions will be an hour long with focuses in the following areas:
·        Skating and Edge Work
·        Stickhandling
·        Shooting Fundamentals
·        Overspeed Training
This training is purely focused on the individual’s OWN development. Training is designed to allow the individual to continually improve their overall skill set as a hockey player.
